RESERVATIONS

Your refund depends on how you paid or made your reservation.  If processed through Roverpass, please follow the cancellation or change procedures through their website.  If you contact us to alter a reservation made through Roverass, we will have to redirect you that route.  If  reservation was made directly through the campground please contact us directly.  

We have washer and dryers available, hot showers included in rates, wifi, book exchange, burn pits at some sites and sell firewood (please see office to assure not a current burn ban in place), propane for sale, free mini golf for campers, free bicycles for use, art, locally made jewelry, books, soda, ice and other items for sale in office store. Our campground is 4 blocks from Coghill's General Store open 9am-6pm daily except Sunday.  Most everything from the river to the gas station is within a comfortable walking distance!

Nenana has close cell towers on the Toghottohele Hill just across the Tanana River five blocks away from the campground.  This means cell service is usually pretty good and many times data will work better than the WiFi just because of congestion and priotriization by what puts out from the towers simply because rather than treating all users of a congested network equally, network operators generally prioritize some users’ activities over other users’ activities. Our village relies heavily on these two towers as a whole and sometimes it can get burdened and individual cell phones using data just seem to win out!
